Business access
This website serves businesses seeking wholesale research compounds. Submitting an access request does not create an account. An account is available only after the application is reviewed and approved. Keep your business and contact details current, and protect your account sign-in information.
Research use only
Products are supplied for in-vitro research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, food use, or drug applications. They are not offered for diagnosis, treatment, or personal use. Customers are responsible for limiting access and use to qualified business research activities.
Product and batch information
The catalog shows products, strengths, box sizes, prices, and available inventory. Prices are shown per box to approved business accounts. Ordinary catalog orders may start at one box. Product and stock availability can change. Batch-specific COA records document the tests and results reported for that batch; a listed test is not a substitute for reviewing the underlying report.
Orders and payment
Checkout creates an order in your account and provides bank-wire or Zelle instructions. A customer report that payment was sent does not confirm receipt. Staff confirms payment after reconciling the funds. The website does not collect card or bank-login credentials. Payment settlement, including any additional payment or refund, is handled outside the website.
Shipping and fulfillment
Orders enter fulfillment after payment clears. Orders ship by UPS from U.S. inventory, and tracking information is posted to the account after fulfillment. Shipping timing depends on the destination and service. See the Shipping page for current process details.
