Privacy Notice Draft
Prepared October 3, 2026 · For review before public release
Information you provide
Access requests can include your name, business name, business type, email, optional phone number, website, and note. Approved account profiles contain contact and company details. Orders include the account email, shipping name and address, optional company and phone, products and strengths, quantities, box prices, order reference, payment and fulfillment status, and tracking information. If you submit a quote request or contact message, the product and quantity details, contact information, and notes you provide are used to respond.
How we use information
We use these details to review business access requests, create and support approved accounts, display and process orders, reconcile reported payments, fulfill shipments, provide tracking, answer questions, and protect the site and its records. Staff may see information needed to review an application or handle an order.
Cookies and browser storage
The current website experience uses a first-party cookie to remember the research-use acknowledgment for 30 days. Supabase authentication uses cookies to maintain and refresh signed-in sessions. The shopping cart is saved in your browser's local storage and can include selected product and variant identifiers, names, SKUs, quantities, box size, and displayed-price snapshots. Cart data stays in that browser until it is cleared or removed during sign-out; it is not a payment credential or shipping address.
Service providers
Supabase provides account authentication, database, and file storage services. Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request data such as IP address, browser details, and timestamps to deliver and protect the service. Shippo receives shipment recipient and address details, contact information, and parcel data to obtain rates and create shipping labels; a selected carrier receives the details needed to transport the package. Supabase may store a copy of a shipping-label PDF with the order. Account invitation and recovery emails are sent through Supabase Auth using the existing Resend SMTP configuration. Separately, website transactional emails use Resend after the site's sending API key is configured; until that key is configured, the website does not send those messages. When configured, Resend processes saved recipient addresses and message content, including customer-facing quote or order PDFs when requested.
Payment and member batch records
The site records order totals and payment status but does not take card payments or collect bank-login credentials. Customers pay by bank wire or Zelle using instructions outside the site. Product information and Certificate of Analysis records are available through the catalog and COA lookup to signed-in, approved accounts. These records identify products, strengths, batches, laboratories, and reported tests. Original report PDFs are accessed through authenticated downloads.
Retention and questions
Application, account, order, shipping, and support records are kept as needed to review requests, operate accounts, fulfill orders, and respond to issues. We have not confirmed a specific retention schedule for this draft. To ask about personal information associated with your business contact or account, write to admin@verpointllc.com. Please do not send passwords, bank credentials, or card numbers by email.
