How do I request access?
Submit the access form with your business details. We review most applications the same business day.
What testing is performed?
Each batch is independently tested by a third party for purity, identity, and quantitation. Endotoxin testing is available on request; published results appear only when a batch-specific report is available.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders with cleared payment are typically processed the same business day. After dispatch, UPS transit is usually 1–3 business days, depending on destination and service.
Who can order?
We supply qualified businesses. Products are intended for in-vitro research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption.
How are vials labeled?
Vials ship unbranded and are white-label ready.
How do I pay for an order?
Orders are paid in full by bank wire or Zelle. Use the order reference shown at checkout when sending payment.
When does an order ship?
An order enters fulfillment after full payment clears. Carrier and tracking details are posted to your account after fulfillment.
How do I request a custom quote?
Use the wholesale quote builder for requests of 100 or more kits, with at least five kits per selected product strength. One kit is one product box; the catalog shows the box size.
